My DSL is out, so I'm writing this post from a local coffee shop with Internet acces. I've been on hold with the ISP for 13 minutes the first time, until they cut me off. This time, I'm informed the wait will be 19 minutes!!!!!
All of this on a cell phone. Yikes!
You know the worst thing? Listening to the overly loud and peppy "hold" music, interspersed with bragging about their "fantastic" service.
Oh, yeah. Is that poor slob who finally answers going to have to earn his/her paycheck?
This is one of the reasons I love blogging. I can let my frustrations out, without throwing things or swearing.
No guarantees, however. Don't know how long the mellow mood will last.
