The BBC (The BEEB? - truly, the End Times have arrived, when even THEY are willing to commit actual journalism!) has verified the video of Alex Pretti spitting on ICE officers, yelling, and kicking the ICE vehicle with sufficient force to damage the taillight. And, replacing that taillight will not be cheap - it can reach around $400 - $800. So, the idea that Pretti was just wandering around the attacks on ICE, minding his own business, and just HAPPENING to intervene, strictly out of humanitarianism, is completely horse hockey pucks. Now, an odd aspect of this whole media frenzy is that there is another picture of Pretti that is circulating among the protester network and the media (but, I repeat myself). Note, as usual, she spews venom with those eyes doing their cray-cray thing, seemingly incapable of not dropping the F-bomb MANY times, and using those pinched fingers (what is WITH that?). The antics of the ICE protesters continue to endanger residents, ICE officers, and honest journalists. Consider some of these suggestions (I particularly like the one that has the red dye option). In ADDITION to the suggestion to focus on the Red states first, look to non-confrontational methods.  Check ALL federal benefit recipients for fake SS #s. Many of them will be here illegally. Remove ALL benefits from them. Force the states to pick up the cost.  Cross-check those SS numbers issued by Biden to illegal aliens.   Who do you represent? Were you elected by CITIZENS, or aliens? A representative of "The People" should respond that the CITIZENS  of The United States are their PRIMARY concern. Not aliens*. Not other countries, however close their ties, whether that country is where they or their parents were born, other countries whose citizens share a religion with them, or countries the USA may have treaties with. OUR CITIZENS come FIRST. Other country's citizens/subjects take a far distant second place to the interests of our countries CITIZENS. By that standard, it's clear that NO alien, however protected from immediate deportation, or granted residency, can have their needs put ahead of CITIZENS. Further, taking money from CITIZENS to benefit aliens is improper. It is even more pernicious when the aid is disguised by misleading language, or embedded in 'comprehensive bills. If the legislator(s) believe aiding aliens is so just, they need to make their case with a SEPARATE...

I started my Substack site after Blogger hiccuped, and made updates difficult for a while. I thought it would be useful to have an alternative, should one site go down. I know many writers with multiple sites that mirror their posts. Both sites are duplicates. That always sounded like a lot of extra work.  When I was growing up, our families, teachers, and community leaders worked very hard to both introduce us to other cultures, but also to promote the idea that, at heart, foreigners were very much like us. We were encouraged to focus on the similarities, not the differences. Later on, I had friends who married someone raised in different cultures. Sometimes, the marriages worked out well. Often, those were marriages where the cultural blending was relatively easy: Both were White Europeans, but from different language groups They shared the same religion, perhaps different denominations They both came from the same economic/social background They met in college, and shared many experiences Sometimes, one partner made major adjustments, taking up an unfamiliar language or culture, sometimes converting to another religion. It definitely signals that election law issues CAN be taken to the courts .  It seems as though the Supreme Court Has gotten fed up with the open scuttling of fairly counted elections. And, the decision is 7-2. What are the odds on the dissenters being Sotomayor and Jackson? Just checked - I was right .
