This is HUGE!

It definitely signals that election law issues CAN be taken to the courts. 

It seems as though the Supreme Court Has gotten fed up with the open scuttling of fairly counted elections.

And, the decision is 7-2. What are the odds on the dissenters being Sotomayor and Jackson?

Just checked - I was right.
