The guy that wrote this post posits that being able to vent your annoyance/anger at things you can't change is cathartic. I'm skeptical of adopting the idea whole-hog, as many who wander down the Rabbit Hole of Everyone Here Agrees With Me end up even MORE angry and hostile. Those tend to be the ones who are missing a few cogs on their mental/emotional machinery.
But, for the Rational, like myself, venting can be useful and cleansing.
