How do you define failure?
Unemployment up? No.
Economy in the tank? No.
Entitlements (Social Security, Medicare, etc.) in crisis? No.
A war started without Congressional permission (Libya), and without mandatory approval within 60 days (War Powers Act, passed by a Democrat Congress to stop those awful, war-mongering Republicans)? No.
The President being a Republican?
YES!
